WELCOME TO THE WORLD OF DANCE!!!
Thank you for enrolling your child in WEBBY Dance Company dance classes. We feel certain that you will be pleased with the many areas of growth your child will experience during the year. Our dance classes encourage development and strengthening of muscles, improve coordination and body awareness, and promote self-confidence
Dancers are encouraged to wear a WEBBY Dance Company T-shirt, non-restrictive shorts/pants or leggings. Other styles of dance attire are also acceptable. Boys can wear shorts or sweat pants. Dancers also need tap and ballet shoes.
+ Tap and Ballet shoes can be purchased at Payless Shoes or Walmart for approximately $15 per pair. + Be sure to write your child's name inside all dance shoes.
Important Note: Cloth slippers (such as those sold at Target) are not acceptable for dance classes. Ballet shoes should be made of leather with an elastic strap.
For your convenience we accept credit card payments. You can choose to have your tuition payments automatically charged each month by checking the appropriate box on the enrollment form or by contacting our office at (513) 942-0100.
Dance tuition is due (in advance) on the first of each month and should be mailed directly to our office. There is no compensation for missed classes. Please see reverse side for our Holiday calendar. Please note that payments are not pro-rated for holidays since children periodically receive five lessons at no charge during the school year. Enclosed are address labels to be used for mailing of monthly payments to WEBBY Dance Company. Please attach the mailing label (for the proper month) to your envelope, and PLEASE MAIL tuition payments on the FIRST of each month. We do not mail monthly invoices.
+ Please do not leave tuition payments at your child=s school or with the dance teacher, as your check might be misplaced, and it always delays being credited to your account. + A $5.00 LATE FEE will be charged to your account for tuition payments not received by the 10th of the month. Children will not be permitted to dance if their account is behind in payment. + A $25.00 FEE will be charged to your account for checks returned by your bank.
If you have any questions regarding your account, your child's attendance, participation or progress, please call our office at (513) 942-0100. If you wish to discontinue your child=s enrollment in WEBBY Dance Company classes, please notify our office in writing or by phone, as your billing cycle will continue until we are notified.
